Hayley Solich from Perth, Western Australia, has been writing Feature Articles for Finally at 40 Life Begins magazine since October 2009 and has also contributed through web design and Editorial.
Hayley brings to the team her many skills including her past publishing experience as the co-founder/Publishing Editor of Pearls Women’s Magazine (a Perth-based magazine); her writing, editing, graphic and web design skills; her business mentoring and training skills; as well as her multi-media experience (yes, Hayley put together the promo video for us); and extensive network of contacts.

Hayley has worn many hats in her career, starting out as a professional performing artist in the late 80′s where she toured Western Australia with Moving Images Performing Arts Company and then moved across into business working for private and government agencies.
Marrying in 1996, four children quickly followed and whilst raising her children, she continued her performing arts passion by running programs in the community and managing and performing as lead singer/keyboardist for the band ‘Say What’ in Western Australia.
After her son was born she was forced to resign from her community commitments and she went through a period of post natal depression. She returned to the workforce full-time, moving across into the Human Services field, working as an Employment Consultant in a Job Network, assisting long term unemployed to get jobs. She then formalised her training skills by obtaining a Workplace Trainer and Assessor qualification and a Small Business Management Certificate. Her training career blossomed, resulting in her working for community groups and TAFE for 4 years. In 2006, she co-founded and co-edited Pearls Women’s Magazine, an inspirational women’s magazine with the motto Ordinary People, Extraordinary Lives and became passionate about connecting with women and telling their stories.
In late 2007, Hayley founded the innovative women’s not-for-profit association, Women Can International Inc and Up Front Training & Motivation, her training consultancy business. Working with women she recognised that there were many women surrounding her that needed assistance to set up businesses, to package their products and to market them, so she moved across into her current business, The Creaticians, which was launched in 2009 and rebranded in 2011 to All Purpose Communications.
All Purpose Communications specialises in supporting new and established, small to medium sized businesses and individuals to grow profitable businesses. APC offer clients a range of services including mentoring, business training, website and graphic design, marketing strategies and publishing. She translates technology and social media, helping clients to gain the skills to manage their own online services. She uses her strong intuitive skills to help her clients to launch their businesses and experience their Ta-dah World! moment.
